I first had the Skullcandy Crusher after that my gaming headset and than the Bose cq 25 but I didn't like it because I missed the "comfort" part and vocals weren't clear. Now I have the HD 650 and I absolutely love it. I can wear them literally all day long without any pain, it's even so comfortable I just wear them as soon as I use my IPad, even when not listening to anything.

Had a chance to listen for a while and I am very happy with these. At first I found they lacked bass a little but they do everything else so well that the "lack of bass" is insignificant. 58 or 59 are lower ohms, so if you want to listen to them using a phone or similar device without an amp, the 600 or 650 660s etc are higher. 660s are 150ohms, 59X 50 and the original HD 600 (not the 650 like he mentions in this video) are 300ohms. If you tried listening to the 600 on a phone you'll barely have enough volume and be a total waste. The 5 series you'll be fine.

I've owned a pair of beats mixrs and listened to the studios and the new solos. I can easily confirm that they are not good sounding headphones. They sound muddy in the mids, lack the highs and overpower in the bass, leaving it having an echo-ish detail-less sound.

Sennheiser HD series build quality is cheap ... Nothing like Bose Focal B&W .B&O . Its all about the driver and this 6 series driver they have soooo many stock drivers. They sound amazing its true but build quality its like 50 euro headphone they squick all over.

+Tech1Tv These are unavailable for purchase atm unfortunately. These are also the complete opposite of noise cancelling. You'll hear absolutely everything around you, and everyone else will hear what you're listening to as they're open back. QC35's are only good for ANC, but sound quality wise, they're pretty average to subpar, especially considering the price. If you want Sony, and don't mind forgoing ANC, go Mdr1a's. You won't be disappointed.
