I live in Placerville, and I've never been up there to Twin Lakes! I go to Icehouse Reservoir all the time, but I need to get up there to that twin Lakes… I've lived here for 20 years and there's still so much to explore! Great video.

Brooo u gotta check out lake almanor, eagle lake, medince lake, fall river mills....your not far from pyramid lake but that's in Nevada outside of reno. I think the lake gets close to the border of Nevada and California. I think all of nor Cal is spoiled for trout fishing

wild brown trout. This is a nice lake but not best trout lake in California. California has many good lakes 5 miles from a road, then you can catch bigger ones. I never fished it but Shasta is big and if you find right spot, I think it would be much better.

The best place to catch trout is in my backyard in hat creek. With big lunkers well over 20-25lbs cruising systems like baum lake. It's literally world renown for fly fishing as well. Great content let's link up and fish.
