You can't go wrong with a condo in a Riveiera Group building. Currently living in "The Palm Wongamat" and am 100% satisfied. The first condo is absolutely overpriced, the second one is realistic priced.

Great video Jason & Manu, I have stayed at the Palms in Wongamat, I had the best salmon at the Blue Siam, of all the realty people I will give Manu a call when I am ready to move.

Hi Jason and Manu, nice looking condos but not my cup of tea. I do like the corner windows but I would take a pass on this location. That little space to walk by at the foot of the bed always makes me laugh. There is no need to repeat myself, I know the area I want to stay and when the time comes I will definitely drop you and email well in advance of my return. I stayed in the Riviera Jomtien, and it sucks. I paid 20k p/m for the ocean view, 1 bedroom condo. The air con was louder than a jet engine, and the temp control did not work. So, during the day and night, I had to turn off the air con unit, or it would get too cold, and it just blew a cold Gail night. It's also in the middle of nowhere so not close to anything, really. I would not recommend staying here at all, ever.

Hi mate, yeah Wongamat is great and that’s where I lived for 6 months when I first arrived in a ground floor pool access for 8000 baht/month, discounted from 10k because I paid 6 months upfront. Thanks mate, we will find you something when the time comes 👍👍👍

40K for the first unit is wayyyy to much for a unit with 2 small TV’s, an uncomfortable looking couch and only space enough for 1 chair on the balcony. The owner needs to step up on the furniture and TV’s, and price it reasonably. If he did that, we would be interested.

I do like ocean drive that apartment is great albeit i would prefer to be able to put a sunlounger on the balcony ... i wanted to try and buy an investment there but i think now out of budget with the strong bhat 40k pm is steep but it is quality ... .. wongamat is nice area too... the studio design is a bit hotelesque again but the building is nice... when the next food video?

I've lived in Jomtien. I've lived in Wongamat. Jomtien is more lively. Wongamat is more laid back. The condos are so cheap you could have two. One in Jomtien, one in Wongamat.

hmm, I have a bigger 1 bedroom, no hot tub taking up half my balcony,.. at the Rivera Jomtien for 16k a month. Better rooftop pools as well. good luck getting 40k a month.
