I’ve just seen this and as I’m on my 2nd L322, first was the 3.6 tdv8 I had for four years, that took us to Cornwall from London every year and towed our horse and I absolutely loved how brilliant it was and agree with everything you say, I’m now on to my facelift 5.0 supercharged one and that’s just silly fun to drive (in a straight line) the amount of people thinking that is just a big slow 4x4 is funny. But they are the best cars- will get you anywhere in supreme comfort. Yes they break and are not cheap to run- but who cares- when they are running, nothing else compares, which is why I bought another one- I couldn’t find anything else for the money that came close

Airschocks with a level system is deffinetly the way to go, expactly for towing! I would place or buy it on all my GM Trucks!

Great videos! I’ve recently been binge watching your videos as I’m looking to add car transporting to my current business, would be great if you could make a video explaining what is required to set it up, tacho’s, operator license etc as there isn’t any videos on KZbin that explain it all in relation to car transporting specifically (none that I’ve found anyway) thank you for the hours of entertainment so far👍🏻

Great car, love mine but air struts and air compressors will run about $4500. This is U.S. cost. I have a supercharged which has a tune suspension from the normal v8.

Great car a much nicer tow vehicle I have the 3.6 tdv8 and its always in the garage but still keep it to tow and family car. The digital dash is good and comfy seats nice to drive long way in comfort. Treat yourself

Don't overlook the touareg v10 tdi...I tow with one and all the positives you are saying with the landy the touareg does the same! As the v10 is on airbags aswell and considering its a v10...it averages between 19-24mpg with trailer! And to buy you will have change from 10k...

I do agree with this! I tow with a V6 Touareg and it’s superb! I bet the v10 is twice as good

@RobBeveridge Honestly don't let people put you off the airbags, or the 'v10 fuel bill' as compared to a 4cyclinder Hilux, Ranger or Navara etc or from watching your videos even the v6 Touareg, my v10 getting 19-24mpg with a loaded trailer seems more than respectable! The torque is addictive, it tows with the attitude of hah what trailer, nd the v10 Touareg is that heavy the trailer doesn't really get the opportunity to try and push it..combination of the weight, torque and airbags makes it a pleasure to drive and tow with!

Best car I'd say is a Nissan Navara - don't need an operators license only tacho and is very good on fuel, adequate power also.
