i think what has helped me recover easy is that i eat a lot of heavy protein like chicken and beef and fish and eggs and sleep 2 hours before going to training since i work at 7am i get home exhuasted at 4 so i eat and take a 1-2 hour nap then im pumped for training , I train muay thai/jiu jitsu and weight lift and now do wrestling once a week so its all spread out through 7 days but i take 1-2 days off when im too sore every other week or so

When someone talks about steroids/testosterone they really need make it clear it’s a completely different experience and outcome depending on your age , men over 45 don’t need worry about shutting down natural production because aging will do this anyway…..100% of the time to every single man. if you’re 25 years old don’t even think about using testosterone ! It will harm your health.

100% I’m 25y now and my testosterone is wildly going up and down, this is okay. - Just take a step at a time, sleep better, eat better, train a little more. I’ve already lost 10% bf and my back is not aching. My calves are never dying from the stairs. - These small things are what betters. The fact that I can’t bench 200kg doesn’t matter. Most women (or men), do not care, romantically.

Hey Boss, you are correct I was eating meat and eggs once weekly so much closer to being vegan then carnivore. I had then had a podcast with Carnivore MD Paul Saladino and I wanted try his diet. Its has been a few months now and I have put on some muscle without even trying. Like all diets the carnivore diet has its pros and cons which I discuss on this channel regularly. So yes I moved from a low meat to a high meat, the biggest difference I noticed so far was that I packed on lots more muscle.
