Is This The End For Palworld? | Developer Responds To Nintendo LAWSUIT

Nintendo and The Pokemon Company’s announcement on the 18th of September that they intend to proceed with legal action against Palworld creator Pocketpair came as little surprise to many, however the developer has expressed shock in a statement issued today.

Nintendo sure can't patent crafting or shooting a gun.......or slave labor lol 😂 the gyms in palworld seem much more like a single Boss battle. There are so many creature collectors like pokemon and they decide to try to sue the devs of Palworld great job Nintendo!

まぁ裁判は日本で行われるし、任天堂法務部は過去にほとんど負けてない。あと時間かけて訴訟の準備してきたと思うから、いくら海外から批判があるかろうが、任天堂が勝つのは必然だよ。あとアメリカの裁判所でも任天堂はほとんど負けたことないから。

I wholeheartedly agree with your statement. I hope you don't mind me rattling my reasons for it will be quite a rant feel free to ignore... lol Whilst my hopes and wishes are with Pocketpair, money talks nothing else. Pocketpair being sued by Nintendo is like being me getting sued by Jeff Bezos - I'll be F-ed to put it bluntly. Nintendo lost all of my remaining support for them after hearing the news.. Sure they can sue for thing Pals like Verdash and in that regard fair enough, but not for the genre as a whole which they are aiming for in their 38 claims. I even changed my profile pic from a happy go lucky unaware Quagsire to a Pal. As much as I love Quagsire, it was introduced by the wrong company (a company I used to care about) And who knows maybe it'll be implemented one day as a Quaggity while a whip to damage enemies. Jokes aside Palworld all the way with all the scummy thing Nintendo has done lately... From smiting fan games and made them with the love they have for the franchíse to the absolute overdate bloody diarrhea they dare to call "Playable games" full price. Pocketpair although with a different formula.. showed you can still love the game. And that game, I love.
