Nice that it has a straight power connection and doesn't need an adapter.

I’m not at all familiar with this company, but I really like the sounds you were getting out of this. I can’t believe we can fit a 50-watt amp on the pedalboard now. I’ve been playing since 1985 & the advances in technology in only the past *decade* have been game changers. I’ll probably still lug my AC-30 to gigs, but I plan on picking-up one of these pedalboard-amps in the future. This one is on the list now. ☮️

I use an 80 watt pedal board amp currently but that amp is 130 watts. 130 watt amp on your pedal board...amazing.

Very intuitive feature set. Very practical and sounds great in this demo. Is this the future? It probably is, but I’d much rather have that Marshall JTM studio or many other tube amps but I’m old and old-school. The new generation of players probably will go a similar route.

Hard to argue with the technology for what it does , grabbed a couple vox ones when they came out just because of the novelty that they could power my 4/12 .. guitarists party trick ! But that j 20 studio head in the background well that’s a must …

Cool unit , lots of options but it’s very , very expensive ( price not mentioned in the demo , unless I missed it ? ) over 700 euros , that , for me , puts it into pro territory , maybe a version for 400 would be more accessible ? Blackstar and other manufacturers seem to manage it ? Nice sounds though , but a bit pricey.
@SG710 Жыл бұрын
I've checked them out, they have a solid state version of this for around 400eur. I don't know of anyone else who does a cheaper pedal AMP with a tube preamp (not a preamp only that needs to be hooked up to an external amp). Victory's V4 amp range is £879 or $999

What affordable speaker cabinet are you supposed to use with these for home practice? These are cool but I don't get it when a decent cab is at least $400

Not true. Just grabbed a Victory 1x12 with Alnico speaker. $200 used FB marketplace. Also a boss katana is a powered cab. Grab a used Mk2 for $100. Boom done

Is the tube pre amp or power amp? And would someone still get the benefit of the tube using a different preamp like the dream 65?
@TaurusAmp Жыл бұрын
The tube controls power amp. If you connect preamp to RETURN of EFX loop the signal will pass through the tube section.

what speaker would you recommend for this little beast????????????????????????
@intheblues Жыл бұрын
If you have a speaker you like, you're in business. Speaker choice is personal preference. I think the Swamp Thang or Texas Heat would be a great choice but if you're into Celestion, try a Creamback.

Hi Shane! I am really glad that you are presenting Polish company guitar amp right in the moment when I am looking for some new amp options :-). I currently use another Polish company guitar pedals, namely Grobert Lux Vibe and Grobert Pirate. Check them out... I am not connected to this company in any way. Simply bough them last years due to my studio/recording needs. I made a few songs using them and I really like the way thet sound in the mix. Lux Vibe appears at 2:44 kzbin.info/www/bejne/bqLRmH6OqKuZfq8 and along the entire song kzbin.info/www/bejne/Y4avhX6imbVnjNk

Yes, it's good. Period. But come on. For that money just buy the Amp1 and you will get so much more tube amp goodness. Haven't you all watched Thomas Blug's academy of Tone?
@SG710 Жыл бұрын
You mean Amp1 the digital box? How can you even compare that to this with an actual tube preamp?
@alienlovesecrets9379 Жыл бұрын
@SG710 The Amp 1 is a fully ANALOG full blown 100W 4 channel mini tube Amp with pre and power Amp section, power soak option and a lot more. That's why. The question must rather be: how can you even THINK of comparing this toy to the Amp1?
@intheblues Жыл бұрын
Having options is a good thing. The Amp1 might not be what everyone is looking for. :)

No, my man. No matter how good those gadgets are there's nothing that looks as good as your favourite big ass roadworn 100W combo or a stack in front of you. Guitar playing is not only about the sound itself, it's also about aesthetics and feel. This is why vintage gear costs this much - for its perceived mojo and looks. It would be good for travel or as a novelty item in your collection, but not a future of amps.
@Phoenix_cataclysm_in_2040 Жыл бұрын
@@SG710 You do realise you still need a cab for it to make a sound, right? So you'd still end up staring at the box of sorts. All they've done here is taken electronic amp guts and switches that are otherwise installed in your combo/head and repackaged them in form of this pedal to look like it was a some kind of massive breakthrough in amp design. It does look very pretty indeed, I like it, but it does the same job as your average combo/head does. And I'm not a boomer. Sometimes I wish I was though - they lived their lives during awesome times - had secure jobs, bought decent houses for very affordable prices, earned themselves decent wages and pensions and lived through times when greatest music bands were playing awesome music. They also connected to real people and experienced actual life - instead of staring at their gadgets and thinking they were getting somewhere. And they were not told what to think or say by the thought police like we are now. Things that make people happy never change, and they had plenty of those.

The anti-ism brigade do like their ageism. Curious. (Also not born during the Baby Boom, though that doesn't stop them being rude to me as if I were!) The product is just an amp head with some extra sockets ...

@@xoxb2 Indeed. Anything classy and timeless is met by a gaslighting brigade with peculiar viciousness. 🤔 Yet living in England I often think that if to remove all buildings that been erected in last 150 years and return those that been demolished - what a pretty country that would be, with beautiful, cozy and classy architecture and people who knew how to dress and behave. True values, that is. 🤔
