What a beautiful course and it would be a shame for that race not to exist any more. Those hills definitely looked challenging as well. I really wish there were more 10 mile races around. It is around the 10M mark in a half marathon where the wheels start to fall off for me. I was reading about the history of Guy Fawkes as well -- is he regarded as a hero or villain? As always, love to watch your running adventures and I have to say that goodie bag looked awesome.

what a good race it looked with chocolate many years ago my fav was a bar called 5-4-3-2-1 love hilly races one of my favs is Eyam half marathon
