Dear Pedro, please don't be offended but please do not tell about the history of eastern Europe, because obviously your knowledge is small. I'm not saying you have to know it, do what you want, but please don't give a lecture on this subject as there are people who can learn from such videos and take them for granted. Białowieża has never been Russian, beyond the times of the partitions. But these times for Poles are not the time of Poland's non-existence. The Polish state fell, but the nation did not. Poland existed, it was not on the map, but Poles functioned normally, depending on the invader, life was poorer or better. The partitions of Poland followed a conspiracy and betrayal of the Polish nobility dissatisfied with the Constitution of May 3 (the first in Europe, the second in the world after the American one), therefore it was not a result of losing some war for the lands or something like that. It is very offensive for Poles to say that something was created by the Russians or belonged to the Russian empire, if it was not so. If you want to raise these times of partitions so much, say that these lands belonged to Russia for 100 years (but Poles lived and built everything there anyway at that time), and for 900 years belonged to Poland. And believe me much more often, when you go east you can say that these lands belonged to Poland and that something is built in the "Polish style" (e.g. Lviv) than you can say it in the opposite situation, because Poland lost after World War II 48% of its territory all in east. In the times of the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth, the area of the country was 1,000,000 square kilometres. For comparison, the area of today's Germany is 358,000 square kilometres. It was Poland as the only country that conquered Moscow, it was Poland that defeated the Teutonic Order, it was Poland that saved Europe from the Ottoman invasion, it was Poland that saved Europe from the Russian invasion in 1920, Poland was also the granary of Europe for hundreds of years, etc. etc.. So what you said about the Russian empire in these lands (eastern Poland) is very unfair, and more importantly untrue. There are many videos on youtube like ‘1000 years of European borders change’, you should watch it because it helps a lot to understand Europe, who built it, who ruled it and what have shaped it as a result.

Poland is a beautiful country, a mix of modernity (bigger cities like Warsaw), villages with wooden houses, nature with wild animals and stunning large parks with many tourist spots to explore. We have our sea, our mountains... and although our location on the map / unfriendly neighbors (like Germany or Russia) are a huge burden for us, for example on our psyche, even though we aren`t a naive nation that can simply live and enjoy life without looking behind our back from time to time without worrying about the future of our children... we try to be good people ;). I`m glad that you have come to my country and wish you a pleasant stay. Poles drive quite aggressively, so be careful on the bike. And if you visit parks, watch out for poisonous snakes (vipers) and ticks (some unfortunately transmit Lyme disease). If you go into deep grass (depending on the location), e.g. in the vicinity of Radom (former Świętokrzyskie Province) and nearby villages, presence of poisonous snakes is a norm there. I recommend picking edible mushrooms in the forest if you find any (there is no penalty for it, for many Poles it is a hobby), the mushroom season will soon begin ;) So if you can recognize which mushrooms are edible - this is also great entertainment that is provided for us by our beautiful forests... But remeber, always be careful in tall grass and watch your feet and be careful not to get lost ;).

We walked some tall grass alright... we made it, only saw small snake in Ustroni Morskie. We talked about the mushrooms but never got to it which is a shame, I saw a lot of that while in Spain. From what I've seen Poland seems to be doing very good and I hope your cities remain as relaxed as they seemed because in Portugal and the Netherlands it is not like that anymore. Cheers

Suggest you to STOP saying 'DA' in Poland ! Poland is NOT Russia or Belarus where you can say DA as Yes!! We use 'TAK' as Yes (you can offten use TAK in Belarus or Ukraine as well - at least in areas which were part of Poland like western Belarus or western Ukraine). If you will still used 'DA' in Poland you can end up with bruised face at some poiint! So STOP using "DA" as Yes , cause we are not speaking russian and we are not russians (we are even not close to russians in mentality, culture and far in language). It will be far better for you if will speak english only; most of the people should understand you when speaking english (at least youg people). Second thing ; do not film polish soldiers or polish military units unless you got permit! That helps enemy (russian or belarusssian forces) to locate polish soldiers in field and units in field or polish soldiers in move. It is stricly forbideen in border area and not too welcome anywhere else in Poland.

Yep. I thought about the same thing... because situation on the border with Belarus is so tense that there is no point in recording military personnel at their work. It is better not to help Russia in locating our people and their equipment. Author of this video didn`t do anything wrong, I would just advise you not to record our army in action - it is better not to have any problems, in particular when our government asked us (Polish people) not to do it, so it would be a pity that someone who visits our country would have any trouble because of this - if they showed "something more". It isn`t worth it, not in times of war abroad.

Pedro, I am suprised that you have put in fully syntetetic Oil in a sucha old bike. I once poured partially syntetic oil in my honda cm 400 t and it suddenly started to burn Oil and I got the information from a mechanic that the syntetic oil cleans up the engine and drives out all the redusial inside the engine and hence it starts to burn oil. He just told me to continue pouring in mineral oil and the engine Will clog up again an the oil burning will stop. What is your experince using syntetic oil in a old bike?

IMO you"re mechanic was absolutly right. Don't put syntetic oil in a old engine. And never syntetic CAR oil, the friction improver will slip you're clutch (if the bike have some HP.)

I run semi syn in a 42 year old bike and it runs cooler and burns less oil. It must be JASO rated, NOT car oil.

Semi-synthetic in this case, these engines were built on the basics so mineral should usually do too. I looked in to it years ago, forgot the conclusion but there was plenty of debate still because oil. Now it's more 'what can I can get my hands on easy' and usually it's semi and I don't think you can go wrong there (don't really think about it anymore). Doesn't have to be anything fancy either, as long as it has the JASO rating. A faint memory from years ago comes to mind, I think I had a big mineral oil scare as if two thirds had evaporated in no time, probably in Australia.
