I am living in US for 10 years and I have never known who is my neighbor. It's so difficult to approach people or even to ask for a small favor, which in India is so easy. There is certain level of trust and social bond in India, while US is internally so much divided.
@zadzuu
@zadzuu 3 жыл бұрын
There was a time when my parents used to give our house key to neighbor before going on longer trips. You cannot even image that level of trust in US!! Indians are so damn busy following westerns. Thanks for giving insight to us Indians to think back and restore in our values and strength

@@zadzuu that's true, most people in our locality has domestic animals, if they leave for few days for some reason, they hand over keys to us, we take care of animals and our responsibility to take care of their home also vice versa i have few rabbits. [ If anyone has any major problem (financial or any other) the whole community will be there for you (we are in a village region people are different in cities)] Our neighborhood people saved my rabbit's from 2018 Kerala flood

Thank you for looking at the things here in India so positively. We Indians have a split culture, one part deeply rooted in our ancient spiritual wisdom/ religious radicalism and another part run fast to keep in pase with modernism and yet another part stands still looking either way with no idea which way to turn. I think, our growth from so called simple religious village life based on farming to modernity has been and is premature and we are confused as a young boy or girl who attained premature puberty. As you have hinted , we are an uncopable ocean of massive human strength inspite of our limited inhabitable land area. Another thing is the unimaginable number of languages/ slangs( we from one corner of Kerala is unfamiliar to the native slang of others from another corner of it. We, most Keralites do not know Tamil, the language of our nearest State. Our cultured differences too complex to explain easily or briefly. Rituals followed by a South Indian Hindu can be notably different from that of of a North Indian. But, In spite of all these differences, we Indian people love each other. Some unknown string of love and concern hold us together. We are proud of our good old spiritual and phylosophical wisdom and at the same time ashamed of all the religious superstitions and injustices it brought about along with it. We learned many things from you foreigners and we are glad that you also would like to learn something good from us. I have lot more to say . But now itself It is too long a comment, I am afraid. But I really like to share my thoughts with a good natured person like you. Namasthe.

Request you to make a video on medical tourism in India which should be beneficial for Americans who cannot afford a hugely expensive medical treatment at home. In fact, it is said that with all-inclusive travelling package costs and covering all medical procedures in India, it is way way cheaper than US health facilities.

I have been watching videos and reading vlogs of foreigners travelling or living in india. A few things they all talk about are safety, going out in night, cost of living, internet, power cuts etc. One thing i would say that, here in india, you can customize anything. Pay a bit more than what an average person pays and you get better experience, like anywhere else in world, and the price would stiil be reasonable, if compared with what you have been spending in your native places.

I have travelled to the Western world and I have experience women wearing reveling outfits can be treated badly. French, Italy and the Eastern blocks can be unsafe to travel by a single lady if you are not wearing conservative clothes and keeping time sense you can go through unoticed. I do travel alone in India too but I always tell anyone questioning that I am not alone and quickly move away. Every one wants to take your Biodata and it is very annoying. By the way alot of time they are protective to you in India. Help comes naturally in India you become a part of the people easily.
