Thank you so so much for the very informative instructions for Vendoo! I watch this an hour after to put it out and this morning received an offer on Ebay for an item. I accepted, woohoo! Nope...I never removed the item when it sold last month on Poshmark and had to cancel the order on Ebay. Ugh another ding for me. Now that Vendoo automatically removes sold listings from all the platforms it makes it a game changer for me. Looking forward to the rest of your series on Vendoo.

Vendoo please do this-put all the different platforms required items on the Vendoo listing forum so when you click list it can list to all platforms at once. Then you won’t have to click and scroll through each forum. Please add this

Thanks for this video. I have had Vendoo for about a month, still trying to get comfortable with all the features. I find that it doesn’t transfer all the fields consistently when crosisting, so I have to spend extra time on that. Still faster for cross listing, even with this bug. I am also looking forward to their goal to improve the template. Right now, you can’t make many edits to existing templates (only have 3 fields can be updated to the existing template). My question for you is regarding shipping on ebay. I noticed that you had your weight in the Vendoo form, but no dimensions. When you demonstrated listing from Vendoo form to ebay, I did not see that you added dimensions. Don’t the dimensions need to be in ebay? I have USPS ground advantage and priority mail as my policies, so the buyer can choose. I worry that if the dimensions are missing from the listing, there will be a price discrepancy, resulting in me having to eat some of the shipping cost. Will you kindly clarify? Thank you!

Hi Noel! So you can get a big plan to import all of your listings and then back down after the first month. After the initial import, you only need a big enough plan to cover the amount of listings you put up monthly. HOWEVER, I would reach out to Vendoo because I think they are starting an unlimited import feature for the first 7 days! They might be able to hook you up with this and then you can get the smaller plan that will get you through each month.

Hi and great question. No, you don’t need to update to “house” your listings. The number of listings in the plan is for new listings every month.

You got this! I don't think so, no. Once your listing are all imported you shouldn't need it anymore. As long as you start all your new listings in Vendoo and post from there :)

Yes. Delisting via Vendoo erases the listing on posh IF it’s linked to Vendoo.

Question: If you go into a marketplace, such as Mercari, and it doesn't allow as many photos when you delete some does it ONLY delete them from that marketplaces form? Love how you explain things. I have been using Vendoo for about a year and I still learned a few new things from you. Thank you!

Yep! It only deletes them on Mercari. If you make edits on the main Vendoo form, it edits across all platforms. If you only make edits on a specific platform page it only affects that specific platform.

Hello and thank you for this...I did use the link in your description to try Vendoo and have been listing. Do I need to add the delist/relist to my subscription with vendoo? I did change a few items after I listed in eBay on eBay---did I break the link? I am a little confused. I appreciate all the videos.

Hi! Delist/Relist isn't necessarily required, but we highly recommend it and use it on a daily basis. If you just went into the ebay listing to change a few details, then no the link should still be all good.

Hi!! It’s under your account settings in marketplace connections. There is a little toggle switch under eBay and under Poshmark. Switch those to the on position.

Wow... I've been waiting for something where I can cross list between Ebay and Etsy. Now... what if a listing gets bought? Will it end right away for all the platforms? Cuz the worst thing ever would be if two customers bought something at the same time somehow and then it puts me in a double bind...

If the item sells on eBay it will automatically delist from all other platforms you have it crosslisted as long as you enable to sales detection feature in Vendoo. Right now this is only available for eBay and Poshmark, but they're rolling it out to all marketplaces by the end of the year! We have some newer Vendoo videos on our channel and an affiliate link that will save you 25% on your first month's subscription.

Your videos are awesome. I have a question regarding the plans. The number each plan gives you is that counting the listings you make in Vendoo? Or do you also add the amount of listing you already have to crosslist? For example I have about 900 listings on eBay that I want to go over to Facebook & Etsy. I was considering the 600 plan. Will I need the 2000 plan because they count the crossovers that are already listed?

So the package you purchase first would be the unlimited plan to get all of your listings into Vendoo the first time. Then you can bump down to a lower plan that will cover the NEW listings you will make over the span of a month. Each listing counts as 1, no matter how many places it’s crosslisted to. I’m debating on starting Vendoo now. Just not sure if it’s a waste if I only list on one platform Poshmark. I want to branch out to eBay in the near future. Just trying to get one platform down before jumping into another. I hate spreadsheets also and I currently have no way to track my sales other than a pen & paper 😂. I have a small store, but as I get bigger I know this will be a problem. Anyways do you think Vendoo is worth it just for the analytics at this time? Also can you create drafts through the app? I want to be able to create a draft while at the thrift when I decide to purchase an item. So I can make a generic title, and add in the cost of goods and comps right there. Hoping to save time later.

YES to all of this. Get a baby Vendoo plan and the analytics alone will teach you so much about your business. Highly recommend. And YES you can make drafts in the app. It’s says “create” at the bottom instead of “save” and it will store in your draft bank for later. Great idea!
