This channel needs to be supported in a major way - I'm convinced that the overwhelming majority of people on GLP-1s have little knowledge and, when dosing, simply escalate "because they are supposed to" and just eat less of the same crap. This is the time to learn to eat better. You two are amazing!

Been following u both for years now. ESP. Danny. I had rny in 2020 and have been very successful! Has been the best thing for my own self but also my kids. But strongly encourage programs like we have here in Alberta Canada that really get you to work on urself before being approved.
