You are 100% correct about “self-aware” narcissists. They create online content as a way of gaining adulation, validation, and supply from all the attention they receive. It doesn’t matter if they are offering “insights” into their disease. A serial killer, analogously, remains a serial killer even if s/he occasionally helps law enforcement catch another killer.

I theorize the fearful avoidant is the most likely to be described as the narcissist. Who pedestalizes (anxious) then discards (avoidant).

I was waiting for this video ☺️🤍 Thank you Amy Lately, I’ve been wondering on should I really manifest them back if they are actually narcissist? I want only the best for myself. I’ve learned a lot about the subject lately, and one of the things is that narcissists can’t heal. So, I want to make sure I don’t manifest him back if he is indeed a narc, and only if he is an avoidant who works on healing himself (while I heal my SC) 2:40 spoke a lot to me 🎯 3:37 👌🏼 4:44 5:02 8:14 the worst 9:53 is so powerful. Thank you 🙏🏼 Update: After watching the video a second time, I realized my SP (with whom I am in NC with for almost a month now) has never Love bombed me. Instead, he always just bread-crumb me. He was also always self deprecating (like when I told him he was looking nice with this shirt or that hat…, he would automatically respond: no, I look ugly). I started thinking that too was a manipulative technique. At the end of the day, he succeeded at something: creating confusion.

Either way, it’s emotional abuse regardless of whether it’s intended or not. Look at how they are showing up now, not what you’re hoping they show up as 🧡

@@Self-ish Exactly. I will. Thank you 🫶🏻💗 I appreciate you making this video and responding. This is one of the most important topic in my opinion as it’s such a tricky thing when we are intending to manifest our SP while working on our SC. I can’t thank you enough 💕 I definitely want more videos on this topic 🙏🏼
