Although child abuse is about the worst crime a person can commit, y'all are pretty ignorant calling this judge dumb... you have no clue what legal rules a judge must subscribe to in order to make such decisions. You're just assuming that she let a pedophile go, but laws that protect the innocent apply to people that haven't been proven guilty. To disregard those laws or ignore them because she "thought" he was guilty would be moving one step closer toward authoritarianism... this is something that maintains our democracy whether you like it or not. While you're wishing for another person's rights to be taken away because you've already made up *your* mind, be careful what you wish for.

When you're a judge in a rape case or a pedophile case when it pertains to a child I guarantee you you remember that case and I don't give a damn what this woman says she knows the case inside and out she just didn't want to tell Josh Hawley right there and then yeah I released him because I knew what he did to that child in the first damn place and now I have to go back and check my records knowing exactly what Josh Hawley is asking her and she's actually lying to the senator she's lying to the senator
