Coach Dave, love the content! I'm a 54 year old hooper still working on his jumper. LOL. I make the mistake at the 3:30 mark (straightening legs before the ball gets to the set point) and I also need to raise my low set point. Which should I work on first and for how long before I work on the other one (or should they be worked on concurrently)?

I think you can work on both together. I'd use my "slow to quick" drill for these habits, adding variability with movement.

@@CoachDaveLove On knee bend: I watched some slo-mo vids of Steph Curry and he appears to be in full knee bend at the pocket but appears to begin straightening his legs from the pocket on his way up to the set point. Is that a sequence/timing that non-GOATs (like me) should NOT try to emulate and rather keep the full bend until I get to the set point (as the drill above recommends)?

Thank you for sharing this video. My 12 year old son has a flat shot and your detailed instructions will help me look for the incorrect mechanics in his shot and give him proper instructions. 🙏🏽

4:44 , so elbow in doesn't mean tucking your elbow in your ribs?

"Elbow in" is a cue that can remind players to get their hand in the right position. The earlier they can do this, the better, but it's not imperative that it's against the ribs. But that is a good thing to try to do as much as possible.
