That turning of the steering wheel made all the difference. Nice tip cheers. 10:47 you could use a big flat head or chisel for hammering that washer around the edges if there's enough room in there...

I’ve painted the calipers on my Lexus but with no primer before paint I used VHT Paint which had primer mixed in and just lacquered it over then and there still absolutely mint a year later. Might be worth a shot trying to source it was my local paint shop who made it up

QUESTION!! 🤚🏽 When I had my boot off I couldn't tell if there was an inner tie rod involved in my steering rack...is that normal for the is300 to come across an aftermarket steering rack that doesn't have any???

I managed to save up and buy a manual IS200 in the space between videos 😂 Had the same issue with the steering on my auto

A 15$ usd BMW clutch fan wrench 32mm fits the inner tie rod

@@shizukesajdm Yeah, I know what you mean, I bought my IS300 two years ago and haven´t had the time to begin building the car nor the engine yet. Will be doing much of the stuff you're doing or have done soon hopefully. Will convert to the ZF GS6-53DZ instead though as I don't like doing things twice ;-)
