I made this today.. it was very very delicious but i skipped khade masale. But used rai and zeera .. missed green chilli, king masala used hing. Mutter skipped but i added capsicum . Hi Bharat, thanks for your wonderful recipes. I have a couple of questions on this one. 1. How to tackle excess oil as the same oil for frying Gobhi is used for gravy? 2. My gravy came out a little sweeter. I used hybrid tomatoes instead of desi ones. The rest of the process remained the same.
