Isaac might be relieved to know two things. One, being on our currency does NOT mean you're universally revered. Andrew Jackson is on the $20 bill, and he is an extremely divisive and polarizing figure.(There are several troubling ten minute KZbin videos about why.) I certainly won't be joining his fan club anytime soon. No other figure in US history besides Hamilton has a musical about them. Not even Lincoln, - arguably the most admired person in our history. (He does have that gorgeous statue, though ) Lin Manuel was attracted to the subject precisely because he's imperfect. And Isaac dear, Lin's most recent masterpiece is about a weird recluse named Bruno who lives behind the walls of his family's Casita and plays with pet rats. Hey, I love me some Bruno Madrigal, but you wouldn't want to be immortalized that way.

The irony is that before the musical came out, not a lot of people DID "know about Hamilton." Probably 1 out of 10 people could even tell you anything about him, besides that he got shot in a duel with Aaron Burr - and that only because there was a "Got Milk?" about that back in the 1990s.

@0:13 I love how Pete, Trevor and Alberta were the only ones who understood about Hamilton on the $10 bill, since they were the only ones "young enough" to have it happen, in their lifetime. Such detail!🥰 (Yada yada, i know hamilton was on other denominations of greenbacks before landing where he is today, so possibly hetty could have seen him on a $2 bill or something). Still.

History lesson: hamilton was on $2 bill in 1862, $20 in 1878, and a $1000 Gold certificate "orange back" (redeemable for gold) in 1882, so hetty's seen hamilton on currency/banknotes, too, just not on the $10, where he's now been for approximately a century.

I've got it. Lin Manuel Miranda should guest star as a fictionalized version of himself. He is a guest at the B&B, there to relax and perhaps do a bit of writing. Perfectly believable. Isaac will, of course, practically move heaven and earth to get MIranda to write a musical about him, and will enlist the other ghosts in this venture. Hilarity will ensue. Perhaps Isaac will even attempt to compose some of the music by humming tunes to Alberta, who will then use her ghost superpower to hum those same melodies to Miranda.

i would love it, if Sam and Jay went to Greenwich Village, (and yes i googled this), and Sam met Hamilton's ghost, who only had nice things to say about Issac, about what a great man he was, also when Sam tells him about Nigel and the engagement. Hamilton is delighted for them since he's been haunting a well-known and beloved LGBTQ+ location for years,. also, i would love it, of he didn't like the musical
