Kenzie Eva Marie❤️yellow nails don’t give you any healthy benefits. Her nails are yellow because they are stained from nail polish which isn’t doing any harm on her nails but also isn’t giving her any benefits therefore it’s not really “healthy” to have yellow stained nails. Very rarely do people have yellow nails as a symptom of diseases and such.🥰Anyway I’m just trying to clear up that having yellow nails isn’t really a healthy thing (but yellow nails don’t matter…unless it’s a sign of a certain sickness).😉

girl, I remember finding you from your advice video on how you grew your nails long years ago and I've been following you ever since! Since then, the shortest my nails have been is the length of yours in the vid! Might have to invest in the scissors/file. If you want to invest in less waste, buy one of those nail remover pots with the sponge in (I recommend the Models Own one - smells SO good) and I just top it up with my regular polish remover when it runs out which takes MONTHS! Also, never realised I had hair on my fingers until now 😂 try the Barry M Wet Set top coat, it looks like gel and lasts for me up to two weeks as my hands are always in water etc, genuinely just took my polish off after 16 days!

Finally someone I agree with, I paint my nails, then I paint them again the next day, and I also cut my cuticles and have done for 30 years, I know people that just push their cuticles back, and they have this big lump of dead skin behind their cuticles, makes sense, if your not going to cut it or scrape the skin away it has to go somewhere, I love natural nails, I have never had false nails, because of the damage they do, thanks for showing this, I am going to buy this , keep up the good work the natural nail way

The reason our nails get yellow is because of the oil we put on on our natural nails. I used to get super yellow nails. There’s also something called white out. You can use that to make your nails whiter. Also, you can use baking soda and hydrogen peroxide paste to get your nails whiter. Just mix the two and put it on your nails like a nail mask. Hehe, hope that helps!

@@vampyrelilith Halo vitamins from Tati Westbrook. Expensive, but supposed to be good. Also most drugstores carry skin/nail formluations that are not just biotin. I've given up on my nails. 😔 However, please be careful where you get your nails done. I was trying to save money and went to a cut rate salon several times. Several weeks later from my last manicure I ended up in hospital with a septic staff infection; almost died. 3 1/2 months in hospitals and in- patient pt. Pretty much attributed to salon. At least, bring your own tools and sterilize them.
@kristinowens8995 жыл бұрын
@@dorahale6582 Wow! That's horrible!! Sorry that happened to you! Why have you given up on your own nails? I bit my nails over 20 years, and I mean til they bled! I've been growing my own now for about 3 years. I left my acrylics on as long as I could, then took them off the right way and my nails were long to start, so that helped. They used to be thin as paper, would crack and split right in the corner so far down they couldn't be salvaged. I used a grow product from Sally Hansen, and a strengthener. Now I've been using dip powder on my natural nails, like 2 costs for some extra strength and I love it, feels like I have acrylics, and you can't tell I have anything on my nails at all. Sorry for the rambling, haha, the whole point of this was to tell you of I can grow long nails and keep them, I think pretty much anyone can! :)

I have a curling problem , when they get long, if they are square, they will start curving. I hate it. I file mine in different shapes too to correct the issue and I find once they are long, the best shape for me is almond or coffin. (I am a bit of a perfectionist -- little OCD over my nails)
@toni47294 жыл бұрын
I don't understand why anyone would file the sides of the nail, that's where the strength comes from. I'm not surprised they're splitting.

Lovely nails. I hear you about the expensive tools and I will purchase them but you are younger and they are being sent to you for free and a lot of your followers are students who dont have funds for such things. You also dont need to wait ages in between nail polish coats, as by the time you have done both hands they are ready for the next layer, I hear you have your own method and will go with what serves you. Nicely presented review, thanks
@IsabellaDemarko6 жыл бұрын
There's always someone that has something to say about this sort of thing...Yeah, i get it. I'm a student too. Please understand that collaborations are a means of income for a creator, you do not have to buy the products that are promoted, and if you know my channel you know i don't promote just any old thing. I've been using these particular nail files for years, i love them and they are the best i've used. Regarding the dry time, of course it's easier to do the second coat after doing the other hand, caus it feels dry to the touch right? but most of the time i find that applying the second layer moistens the layer underneath that hasn't completely died which makes the whole thing dentable for hours but depends of course on the quality of the nail polish.
