Charulatha is a master musicologist in both the Karnatic and Hindustani classical music genres. Her explanations are precise and masterful with examples to illustrate the various nuances. She is also a very good singer, with a very pleasant personality on the virtual screen, and it is very educational to listen and learn from her. We wish her all the success that she richly deserves in this specialized field of the fine art of India. We are also thankful to Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan for hosting such a remarkable concert.
