In case any of the party want to terminate the agreement before its validity, then they need to inform the other party in written before 30 days or the time which they agreed on the rent agreement.

Kuch kiraydaro k liye bhi koi video banaiye 1, Koi makan malik electricity me 3 ₹ per unit increment kr deta h ,jo rent agreement me 7 ₹ tha badha kat 10 ₹ kar diya 2, rent me 10% ka increment kr deta hai. Vese to 1 month pehle notice dena hota hai agar rent me increment krna ho to , rent agreement khatam hone k 3 month baad 10% ka increment krta h , or 4 month baad 2500 ek sath leta hai , or rent agreement bhi 4 month baad banvata h , 3, pani k liye 60 ₹ per month alag se leta hai ye bhi rent agreement me nahi hai fir bhi leta hai + jo pani ka tanker aata h uske liye paise alag se leta h , Ek video unke liye bhi banaiye jo rent se rehta hai ,

As per the rule, if ur agreement is registered then there is no problem, but for more surety u have to make a supplemental agreement with the new owner giving the reverence of your rent agreemnt.
