I remember my homie let me slide in on a private sesh when he was in MPLS for the XGames at Familia. Ishod, Trent, Miles, and more all under one roof. Watching them skate in person was so nuts, so consistent and SO GOOD. But ishod did get mad and focused his board trying to back tail biggy the whole ledge, it’s a long ledge, he did it like 7 times before. Just focused the shit out the board out of no where slamming it into a pole and such, and just walk off satisfied. Was the coolest thing to witness. Dude is literally the dopest skater ever.

We had a Fourstar demo years ago at our local park and it was raining on and off the whole time. I had barely heard of Ishod but he turned up and absolutely shredded our park to pieces in the wet, made a huge impression on us.

The new board new shoes question really outs the pro skater privlege. Like Ishod seems at least humble enough to be embarrassed about going through a board in a week and says he tries to actually wear shoes until they're actually done. PRod was pretty shameless about it. A lot of these conversations show that these guys lives aren't real life for most people like Chris being "ohh if I don't go out and skate by 3 I'm not skating at all" like dude I'm if I'm skating during the week I'm not skating until like 6:30 at the earliest because I have a 9-5 job. Most of the time if I'm at a street spot during the week I'm fighting sunset.

Got one of Shod’s 8.25 double tails the WB is 14.33 so I’m glad Ace finally came out with an 8.5 truck cause that drops the wheelbase down and keeps it snappy , feels much shorter than Neen’s double noses with a 8.5 wheelbase and them pointy tails , Neen’s really got to drop that wheelbase think his personal is 14
