3:27 For those interested to know what Al-'Adatu Muhakkamah is? Is that it is one of the five major legal maxism in Islam: Al-Qawa'id Al-Fiqhiyyah. The Al-Qawa'id Al-Kulliyyah Al-Kubra 1. Al-Umur bi-Maqasidiha (Matters are determined by their objectives). 2. Al-Yaqeen la Yazul bish-Shakk (Certainty is not dispelled by doubt). 3. Al-Mashaqqah Tajlibut-Tayseer (Hardships begets ease) like Allah ﷻ does not burden a person beyond what the person can bear. 4. La Daraar wala Dirar (There should be neither harming nor reciprocating harm) Or Ad-Daraar Yuzaal (Harm must be eliminated). 5. Al-'Aadatu Muhakkamah (Custom is authoritative). And there are many legal maxims, but memorize these five major ones and understand them.

@@bouchraandyourlordisneverf3789 Oh the ironic hypocrisy. Islam claims homosexuality is immoral and at the same time worships a 53 year old man (MUHAMMAD) who married and had sex with a six-year-old little girl. A religion that thinks this is holy, normal, and not at all perverse. 🤪insane In order for us to respect or even to be interested in your religion it has to make logical sense and be consistent. If you're Muslim, you need to read this! An Islamic scholar, Adeyefe Abdulfatai, said, "the two principal books guiding the operations of Islam - the Qur’an and the Hadith - do not explicitly spell out homosexuality." “In the Qur’an, it is not explicitly stated that Muslims should stay away or not. There is no ban talking about the homosexuality per se. And lesbianism, transgender and others were not explicitly stated in the Qur’an. “ The truth is that Islam has historically been a lot more tolerant and accepting of gay relationships than many people think. In fact, on June 22, 2017, the United Kingdom witnessed a gay Muslim marriage. The marriage joined 24-year-old Jahed Choudhury and 19-year-old Sean Rogan, a couple that has been together since 2015. His marriage is proof that the religion is not 100% anti-gay. Nevertheless, Islamic culture has a history of accepting gay and bi people and American Muslims are actually more tolerant of homosexuality and same-sex marriage than even some Christians. Here are three facts about Islam and homosexuality that may surprise you: 1. The Quran actually says nothing about homosexuality Keep in mind that homosexuality as a distinct sexual identity didn’t exist until the 19th century, and the Quran itself contains no passages condemning same-sex relations (unlike the Bible). 2. Muslim History Was Surprisingly Tolerant of Same-Sex Relationships Muslim scholar Shoaib Danial explains: “At the height of the Islamic Golden Age - a period from the mid-8th century to the mid-13th century when Islamic civilization is believed to have reached its intellectual and cultural zenith - homosexuality was openly spoken and written about.” Many Muslim poets and writers as recent at the 19th century wrote about homosexuality in society as a matter-of-fact and beautiful thing. In fact, in 1858, the Ottoman Empire (a region which included parts of modern-day Russia, Turkey, Syria, Iraq, Lebanon Israel and Jordan) even decriminalized homosexuality completely. Many Muslim countries didn’t even forbid same-sex relationships until the 19th century when British colonial laws made it so. To this day, there are no laws against gay sex in either Jordan and Lebanon (neither were ever colonized by the British). And according to the International Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Trans and Intersex Association, “Turkey scores slightly better on measures of gay rights when compared with some nearby Christian-majority nations such as Russia, Armenia and Ukraine.” 3. More American Muslims Support Same-Sex Marriage Than Evangelicals In 2017, Fifty-two percent of American Muslims now agree with the statement, “Homosexuality should be accepted by society,” nearly double the number from those polled a decade ago. Pew also found historic support among Muslim millennials (60 percent), U.S.-born Muslims (57 percent) and foreign-born Muslims (49 percent). This marks a spike in support since 2011, when only 39 percent of American Muslims were accepting, and a huge rise since 2007, when more Muslims were not accepting (61 percent) of LGB people than accepting (27 percent). The Pew survey also found that 64 percent of American Muslims agree that there is more than one way to interpret Islamic teachings -- an encouraging finding for improved LGBTQ acceptance going forward. LGBT people have been here since the beginning of time, and will be here till the end. Stop the hate and prejudice, and let people be happy and live their lives in peace.

@DC_Ashraf cause they are all teenage, we don't allow the first one(I can not say it, or my comment will be deleted). But we do not allow the first one because it is like taking advantage of a drunk girl, a person that âge is not able to think correctly as an adult, to correctly see all consequences of a marriage, they can be manipulated very quickly into thinking some particular person is their type, a old ugly without talent man can manipulate such a person very easily for example. They are victims not criminal so if they do it between them, there is no real criminal, they are all victim of their ignorance of their teenage curiosity, those are anomalies too, we cannot punish them doesn't mean we see it as good. In France, for example, at the end of the year, you need to confirm your identity with a numeric identity if you want to access adult movies , so teenagers can not access those When homosexuals are two adults, old enough to understand the consequences of their actions , they are like non drunk people, able to use their own reasoning to direct their lives. So, who care on what they do as long as it doesn't affect others

@@SauceGod-y5p Because universalizing homosexuality would mean the end of society, indeed, of human beings. That's why it shouldn't be promoted publicly. For goodness' sake, the birth rate in the West is already way below replacement rate. Also, the practice is extremely unhealthy and causes many diseases. Read O'Reilly's book, Making Gay Okay, for statistics.

Homosexuality is a normal condition, just as stuttering is a normal condition. Both are in the minority of the population. Are you saying then that people who stutter should only stutter at home and keep thier stuttering to themselves in public. This type of religious exclusion of others, is what leaves a bad taste in people's mouths.
@BloggingTheology Жыл бұрын
What does God say about sexual activity outside of marriage? I think that is the crucial question for us.
@purekhizi Жыл бұрын
All due respect, this is a sentimental "argument" that appeals to the emotions and is devoid of any rational content. Stuttering and active homosexuality have absolutely nothing to do with each other. The first is non-volitional, the second volitional. The second thing is the stuttering harms no one, but active homosexuality is far from harmless. 56 percent of people with AIDS in the United States are gay men, despite their constituting 5.6 percent of the population. Aside from these empirical arguments, our concern, as Paul has indicated, is what God wills of us. He has proscribed sexual activity outside of marriage, not stuttering. You can stutter all you want !

@@purekhizi With an unproven god as your base, to then suggest that my argument was sentimental and appealing to emotions and is devoid of rational content, I'm afraid is the pot calling the kettle black. You're right, Homosexuality in some cases is choice. But as I said. People are born homosexual and therefore are normal. It may be not be the average or most common sexuality, but it is normal.
