AsSalamu Alaikum Warahmatullah Wabarakatuh. This is a question that circulates amongst my friends. For me, I believe polygyny is a decree of Allah for those who can be just. I personally do not have a problem with polygyny and would not have a problem with it if my husband decided to go in that route. My prayer for him is that he does not go in the route with intentions which are not pure and that he does not accrue the wrath of Allah. Polygyny is not easy as Allah has warned those who decide to do it. I do however believe that I would constantly pray for a husband who decides to do it based on good merit such as helping a widow and her children. I would take care of the children as if they were my own, be just to the second wife as if she were a sister, and pray for Allah to ward off the evil eye, jinns, and jealousy from us all. May Allah (swt) help all those who are in this predicament and help them see the beauty in it. AsSalamu Alaikum Warahmatullah Wabarakatuh

clause: The amount of fairness that is supposed to be between a husband and a wife, I believe that the husband owes the wife not only an explanation, but to genuinely ask for her permission. There are a lot of things wrong with the ways brothers go about this now a days and it's quite unfortunate. A wife who is completely against it shows the husband that problems will occur if he is to do it, so I think staying away from a situation like that is best. ***My prayer is that for those who are truly accepting of it, may their sister wife also try to maintain justice and compassion.

Islam is not a religion its an ancient way of life, and when it comes to real polygamous relationship it is more than about just having sex. Polygamy is structure to build economically that if you're prepare and ready and you got your shit together if not you not on that level, but I love polygamy in Islam that just the way is life going it is what it is ya feel me.
