Hello. I really would like to know if you need a passport when you going to St Thomas from Culebra, I know it’s still United States but when I was leaving St Thomas back to Miami on the plane I have to go through the Immigration anyway. I wonder if they have the Coast guard checking any boat coming from Culebra to St Thomas or back and they stop you all the time to check the papers? Do you need to fill out the custom forms?

Yes! You need to check-in only when coming back from St.Thomas to PR. We use the CBP Roam App.

First of all you need a PWC! Do you have your own here in Puerto Rico 🇵🇷 or someone to lend you a PWC? Because there’s no rental place to do this kind of trips due to insurance issues!
