I made this recipe tonight and thought I’d share my results. I seasoned similar to her except for the slap mama season..I used a bit of old bay instead and a couple grind of bbq seasoning. I baked mine in a pan on a baking rack and covered with foil on 325 for 2hrs. Without foil for another 30 minutes then I based with bbq sauce and baked for another 5-10 minutes on 350 to set the sauce. FALL OFF THE BONE and sooooo moist and tender. I know I didn’t follow her exactly but she gave me a great base start. I just thought from my experience with my oven that a full 3 hrs on 350 without foil would have given me a dryer than desired result

Loveee it the slap ya mama seasoning I'm addicted literally. It's great. Marinate the night before in minced garlic and red wine vinegar overnight before u cook it. Plus the seasoning then cook it the next day. I broil the ribs first . Then take it out add butter. Wrap it aluminum foil. Put it back in on your temp 350 for 3hours !. Put bbq sauce in a pot. Warm it up . Then add the sauce to the ribs. 🥰🥰🥰❤️‼️

These are in my oven rn. Instead of adding any salt I used a half of a packet of Nashville honey hot dry rub that I had leftover from making wings. Going to slather with sweet baby rays & leave it in there until they get nice and sticky. ❤

When you put the ribs in the oven did you cover it with foil?

OMG I was out having a glass of wine and salivating over this when my bartender told me there was a BBQ guy outside!!!!! WON'T HE DO IT! And I got to support a black owned business. He gave me boudin, ribs, sausage, beef tenderloin, pork chops, rice and beans, greens and mac and cheese for$20!!!!!!!?

I made your recipe for the rub and then used my own for the sauce. Your rub made them PERFECT! I am in love with this rub creation of yours! Super super delicious! I made pork ribs and did your rub, waited 10 minutes to allow the rub to set in. I put them onto a cookie sheet, and then I covered the ribs tightly with aluminum foil and placed the ribs into my 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. I removed the foil and then slathered my BBQ sauce onto them. I put the oven on broil/hi and cooked another 15 minutes to caramelize the sauce. Perfect! Note: I have a propane oven which takes longer to cook.

Some recommended one hour to set rub in or even longer in the fridge, though "secret" is : to bake it in low temp 250F for 2-3 hr 👍👌

I make a marinade and use liquid smoke in the marinade. I let the ribs marinade for like 4 hours and then follow your process. Ribs look amazing
