I think that this is going to be a distillery to watch. I can tell that they’re doing everything right with the distillate and the casks. Add a little age, and it’s going to come together beautifully

Nice review, but 3y for 110$CA in Ontario is a hard pass for me. Plus, WINES-key seldomly appeal to me.
