I was just at the Old Man of Storr last week as it rained. True, I couldn’t enjoy the full view of the scenery, but there was something beautiful walking in the misty mountains and approaching the rock formations I got nearer to them.

You say this as I'm sat in a ridiculously overpriced hotel in skye. £190 for a room with spunk stains on the sheets. Thanks Broadford house. Rip off. I've stayed in better travel lodges.

Fairy pools are overrated. There are far better pools like these in Scotland . Glen etive for one
