@@fishinghinny there's a little harbour in port will.iam that might be worth a go,,passed through in my truck couple years ago and beach easy access next to the road,,,you could park there no problem 😊

Yeh I’m deffo going to p.w for a couple of nights when I’m over there. I have around 17 days of adventuring so will be visiting plenty of marks along the s/sw coast of Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿👍🎣🐟

Great video took me back to when we had a caravan at Burrowhead,if u are into course fishing while staying there then head round to monrieth to the White Loch Of Myrton & get a permit at the big house,great bit of fishing for a day out

There is a sword stuck in a stone at the white loch my children & myself tried our hardest to pull it out the big stone but to no avail it must be for someone else to raise Would be a good vid for you to go there & see if u can find it

Well done hinny..Nice pollock u got there and the one you hooked onto and lost put a decent bend in the rod unlucky..lovey down the isle of whithorn was at burrowhead last July and going this July for a week so be down they rocks trying to pull something out anyway tight lines

Caught 6lb ballan wrasse,bullhuss to 10lb & plenty dogfish & pollack at Burrowhead caravan park,made part of the whickerman film there,great place to go fishing

Those fish you saw jumping could be salmon waiting for the solway rivers to rise, they are very low right now.
