Thank you for your explanation....and as your definition of threats..because it's only mentined external factors.... Just wanna share....my experience... Ive been working in automotive about over 20 years.. And company has difficult situation from the employees... So ....my opinion..threats not only come from external, but also internal...what do u think about my opinion ? Thank u for your attention

Thanks for your input. Difficult situations from employees could be considered a Weakness also which is internal. I don't really care where or which quadrant these end up in, as long as they are raised and discussed. Use the SWOT as a prompt to get everything out in the open! Thanks for sharing.

@@aanyasingh231 Hi Aanya. I've had a look around for you so I could provide a link and I have actually found a really good template you can download. Go to www.aha.io/roadmapping/guide/templates/swot-analysis and scroll down to the Heading Business Planning. You will see an image there of a SWOT Analysis which includes or has separated the Internal and External Factors. You can click on Excel download underneath this and then just say 'Just the download, please'. This is a really good template that you could use to help meet the requirements of clause 4.1. Thanks for the feedback, i just wanted a breakdown or a deeper dive on each of the letters in ESG, their implications, and any links in relation to HSE, or is it a broader way of SMS, QMS and EMS combined

I haven't had any luck with my network and their experience with ESG. With the little research I have done, ESG is more about considering the ESG aspects when purely 'investing' in a business. ESG is more about understanding these aspects prior to investment, it isn't about the development of an ESG management system. I presume that if a business does have an OH&S and Environmental management system this would assist in providing data to potential investors for E and S, however the social dimension would not be picked up, unless of course the business had a system aligned to ISO 26000 Social Responsibility. I don't think broadly speaking ESG will help to build a management system as it is more about the outputs (which of course are a natural result of a management system anyway). I'm sorry I wasn't able to find anyone to help with this topic. If someone does pop up in the future I will certainly let you know. Regards, Jackie
