Frosty didn't melt, he was eaten by a bunch of ravenous crustaceans. Oh, yeah, and isopods are actually crustaceans, like crabs and lobsters. One can be forgiven for thinking they're bugs because hexapoda, the subphylum that insects are in, are believed to share a common ancestor with them forming the clade Pancrustacea.
