my coach told me something that helped me a LOT. he said to look at my belly button when i dive in. this kept my head from looking forward and me smashing onto the water on my stomach ;-)

This will actually make you go too deep on your dive. And it's not very good to look at your belly button. You should try keeping your chin down and touching your chest, with your streamline right above your ears.

Diving Progression for Swimming 1. Sitting on edge Lean over and slide in 2. Kneel on edge 3. Stand on edge Arms into streamline 4. Throw 5. Go Try diving off blocks - Try the track start - Try the grab start

i like it but when i swim when i take a breath i drink a lot of water it test sucks
