I feel like everyone slept on the fact that Sean struggled so much against Yan and had a questionable win. If you look at Merabs conditioning and pressure and how he dominated Yan, Merab was always going to be Sean's kryptonite and probably kryptonite for most fighters in that division. I see him being Champ for a while and I'm a big Suga fan but also a fan of Merabs. Well done to him 👏

Thats not the problem. The problem is one dimensional strikers that cant defend takedowns. If sean could defend better, the fight wouldve been a whole lot more interesting. Putting two fighters who are both good at wrestling usually yields very exciting fights because the wrestling isnt used as a tool to keep opponents pinned.

The sphere was cool, there were some amazing graphics and if you were witnessing it live in person then it would have been surreal. In terms of that viewer at home experience, there seemed to be some sound issues. A bit distorted at times. Not bad but I don't see them doing this again. As for Merab, what a performance.
