Israeli officials say they’ve launched a preemptive strike across southern Lebanon bombing Hezbollah rocket launchers embedded in civilian areas. Hezbollah rejects this version of events and said they used rockets to knock down Israeli infrastructure. NBC’s Daniele Hamamdjian reports for TODAY.
