Even the drums have a cool Floyd vibe. Overall, a very nice 2021 version of Floyd-infused Americana.

Trudging through mud. Pelted by cool rain. Up to the cliff. Lifted by dizzying wind. Carried by the known, but unseen, to home base. Gravity defying and hypnotic.

SOOOOOO glad you have found this artist! The Rain Plans album has been in my rotation for years now, love the whole thing. Definitely Neil Young vibe. (and 89.3 the Current is our local station up her in MN, nice to see them getting a little air too. ;-) )

The whole KEXP performance is pretty good, too. kzbin.info/www/bejne/oKOco3mrpqxpZrs I saw him live at a small venue here in Minneapolis, and killed it - high energy.
