What a beautiful soul Dr. Finkelstein is. Writing this with mixed emotions accompanied by tears. He dedicated his most precious years speaking up for the voiceless Palestinians. Put his career on the line, sidelined by the powerful Zionists who denied him tenure at DePaul and forced limited circulation of his books. Yet he never succumbed to any pressure. His only complaint now in his advanced years is his struggle to do more and the time it takes. The least we can do is buy his books as a reminder of this honorable human being. Stay Blessed Always sir. ❤️✊

Great man. My husband, a Bangladeshi Muslim, followed him up until he passed. Norman has great integrity and is the type of Jew I used to know when working in academia, both in music and medicine. That is what is meant by "Men of Valor'". I wish him many more long years of both physical and mental health. He is under a great deal of stress, and I appreciate his ongoing efforts to spread truth and justice!

I wish ppl would stop calling famous people "the best" when meanwhile there were health workers in Gaza who refused to abandon their patients to the point of being abducted, tortured and being found in mass graves. I become totally entranced when Norman Finkelstein is talking. It defies logic. I have attention deficit and he speaks in a manner that contradicts everything they say about “how to hold your audience’s attention during a speech”, but here I am. Still listening to every interview he does, locked in on each perfectly chosen word, feeling as though I’ve had my reality shaken yet again.

He talks to share information. This style barely exists anymore. Most figures now primarily talk to dictate how you should feel about something; sharing information come second, if it comes at all. People aren't used to people sharing information. That's why Norman Finkelstein's speaking style is so strange to some people: he talks slowly so you have time to think and process; when most people just want to be told what to think and how to feel already!

In my book Professor Norman Finkelstein has earned the rank of legendary academic. Most scholars have peace when authoring works without being intimidated or threatened for years on end. For him though. To fight for Palestine for over 40 years. To keep producing quality work. To put his other interests aside puts him on another level. He has decided to continue his work on Palestine. I remember him saying he was exhausted but after seeing what was going on in Gaza he said: "he has nothing to complain about." I wish he could retire from all this and pursue his interests but his knowledge and wisdom is desperately needed. Thank you.

So where are the geographical roots of the so called Palestinians??????? Hamas Minister of the Interior and of National Security Fathi Hammad, aired by Al-Hekma TV on March 23, 2012. Stated..........we all have Arab roots, and every Palestinian, in Gaza and throughout Palestine, can prove his Arab roots - whether from Saudi Arabia, from Yemen, or anywhere. We have blood ties. Personally, half my family is Egyptian. We are all like that. More than 30 families in the Gaza Strip are called Al-Masri ["Egyptian"]. Brothers, half of the Palestinians are Egyptians and the other half are Saudis. Who are the Palestinians? We have many families called Al-Masri, whose roots are Egyptian. Egyptian! They may be from Alexandria, from Cairo, from Dumietta, from the North, from Aswan, from Upper Egypt. We are Egyptians. The so called Palestinians are not even from Palestine!!!!!! "There is no such thing as Palestine in history, absolutely not." -- Arab Princeton Professor, Philip Hitti, before the Anglo-American Committee of Inquiry in Jerusalem in 1946. "We [Palestinians] were never an independent state in history, we were part of an Arab state and an Islamic state.” -- Palestinian Hamas Foreign Minister Mahmoud Zahhar (quoted in The Economist, February 2, 2008) If Palestine were an Arab state, at any point in recorded history, why was there no mention of them? Because there never was an Arab Palestinian nation, nor any nation called Palestine, ever. In 1964 Yasser Arafat visited Moscow, USSR. While there, the Soviet KGB (secret service) developed a strategy for him. Arafat would be the leader of a new organization named PLO, Palestinian liberation organization. The KGB recommended that the Arabs create a new identity for themselves that would called Palestinian......

It’s the nations that we should worry about. There is a nation that is being put to the sword. That means mothers daughters fathers sons sisters brothers aunts uncles friends and lovers are being killed. Nothing else matters. Nations who have globally recognized states cannot kill members of nations without recognized states. Actually, no state is supposed to attack members of their own nations or those of others. @@mozartsbumbumsrus7750 don't buy into that excuse. They know what has happened. The people who created the state are revered as heroes for what they did... everything from demolishing entire towns to raping girls and executing people with flame throwers. They were brutal because they wanted Palestinians to be gone and never come back. they stole their land, most of their possessions and even the money in their banks. And now their archeologists are digging up some of the ancient sites that they destroyed and finding "artefacts" for their museums. But this is also evidence. Some of their resorts are built on top of mass graves from the stones that used to be houses and other buildings, and every now and then bones poke up from the ground. And don't forget that all of them serve in the military and always have. The perpetrators are the citizens, all of them, not some isolated military unit that nobody knows. They know about 1948 and everything that has happened since and they are proud of it.

Thanks a lot MEE for hosting Dr. Norman Finkelstein!! Ever since I read "The Holocaust Industry" I've been following his work and lectures and have never been disappointed. I like his mantra: "Facts and Justice". One doesn't need to and can't be all the time "either ... or" plus it obfuscates clarity of mind. Facts and Justice on the other hand is a safe approach and highly respected by me. Thanks a lot all around ... and it's always great, when Norman smiles or even laughs 🥰 - something he should do more often!
