How does a dictator incorporate opposition politicians such as Antoine Gizenga into his government? Secondly, Kabila's name is juxtaposed three times with Weinstein. There is a token reference to "others like that" but I don't think the presenters really had anyone else on their minds. What exact horrors did Kabila commit to get himself into the same league as someone who reputedly extorted sex (and very crude sex) out of aspiring young actresses, and then sent spies to smear and blackmail the women? I see a serious undercurrent of racism in this video. Kabila is called "the worst" and his smiling black face simultaneously appears on the screen. The three Kabila-Weinstein associations are enough to form a lasting mental association. This is subliminal messaging at its best (or worst). It attempts to play into the "African dictator" stereotype. It is a smear, but its a skillful smear, the kind one would expect from the likes of ... Black Cube. Given the claim that Kabila shopped for these services and later fell out of power, are we dealing with a disgruntled unpaid vendor here?

When i needed to check my credit rating i was offered a free access if i set up an account, a month later i noticed they had started withdrawing payments which so far as i know I hadn't authorised in any way, and had no notice in the rgistration for a single free use would suddenly lead to them putting in a direct debit. Further more, when the card I used expired they would send me two or three emails a day telling me my dredit rating would be at risk if i didn't update my card details. I chose to ignore them and the threats got more desperate. I haven't used them since, and I have had no issues with credit either. I read a little about who Experion were and their history is very dubious, for them to now be regarded as a reliable source of information is insane, they are fundamentally there to encourage people to take on greater and greater debts.
