A great duo! Great consonance! Delight over Amira's voice is natural and obvious. Patrizio also deserves admiration and certainly has a huge fan base. However, it makes an amazing impression on me when a known and recognized artist has so much sensitivity and artistic humbleness to bow down , show respect and admiration for a young, extremely progressive star in so many beautiful gestures.. 💝 Thank you, Eddie.. 😊

I've followed her progress for several years now (since HGT) and she has become an internationally acclaimed singer. And now that she's a few years older (now, 15) and a seasoned professional, people do not mention her age so much b/c she performs as an adult. The qualities of her voice, even with professional training that she has received since HGT, have shown her to be a uniquely gifted performer. I hope you will react to her many times. She's definitely worth the trip.

In 2019 Amira is 15 years old. I hope i live long enough to hear her ar her very best. When she's 30. I'll be in my 80's then.

By this stage she had already become world famous, I think she was about 11 or 12 at this time. She is regarded by most opera/classical lovers as whilst not yet, at this age, being technically perfect her tone is possibly the finest on earth, probably because her early pre-fame years were self taught and that natural beauty was not trained out if her. Sadly most classical or opera singers are trained to such a level that they sound very similar with little individuality. Amira, in her middle teens, has retained that youthful uniqueness that sets her apart from most. I fee, she, like Jackie Evancho, is destined to be a classical singer rather than an opera performer, as that demands a certain conformity and one is at the command of the director. I think Amira will always sing her way. Patrizio has sung a number of times with her, he himself is hugely popular in Italy, needless to say the women adore him.

You come across the best version of O Sole Mio. The two found love for each other. You can see that clearly. After that, they made some appearances together. Amira moved to South Africa. Where her mother comes from. Amira made some charity appearances. Where the money went to help children. Of her own income, she donated large portions of her income and built playgrounds for children in South Africa. It's a girl with big heart and humility. All this she did instead, despite having offers from larger scenes. Amira is like Courtney Hadwin which I know you're also a fan of. Both have the old soul that people like. Both sounds like they came from a different era. But there is still the modern twist that makes it sound new and fresh. That's what makes them so good. Both have a huge crowd of fans all over the world

I have watched Amira since she stared singing as a lovely child now she is a beautiful young girl and lately I have seen her singing with male singers it seems to me they are furthering there own careers on her popularity she is basically still a child I know her parents are very protective but I am quite annoyed of them taking advantage and you can bet making money Amira stick to singing solo you don't need anyone else a choir is ok yes I am a very protective grandfather who keeps a close eye out for my grand daughter take care be safe and keep making us happy thanks

All the tenors who sang with Amira were impressed by her, especially Italians who launched a big "Mamma mia!" at the end of the song. 😊 The famous "O sole mio" is the song of a man in love with a woman he calls "his sun" (sole mio). This is not normally sung at two... but if the second is Amira, that's fine ! Related link : the very young Amelia Ozun (6 yo) sang "O Sole mio" on Bulgarian TV (or Romanian). Many professionals consider her the greatest operatic soprano EVER. She won Holland's Got Talent at 9 years old. She learned to sing opera listening to KZbin. Check out "Your Love" and "Gabriella's Song"

@@leejouglard8602 Only people on KZbin actually believe that she is a great opera singer. Anyone that actually has listened to Opera before they learned about it on reality TV knows better. She was a child that gained popularity from got talent. She is good but she is not considered one of the best. It isn't subjective whatsoever it is as objective as it gets. Even Marisia sings the songs better and isn't considered a great. Amira has a weird following that believe that she is far better than she actually is. Even in this song she was second best.

I'm an Amira fan...your right to some degree...but missed on a few points and had it entered into your thoughts, I think you would have said a few nicer thoughts...yes, she has had a few years but still behind in training, and at this stage of her development...I don't disagree with her... causes for some shortcomings technically, but in the big picture, it may work for her...she will need to bridge the gap between her performance and the technical...at some point. I hope she will see the need! now 15...her training...still short! She still gives great performances...voice much richer. some trade-off at the change of life, but better off after the change. will have to see if her teacher takes her glove off! and get Amira to give in a little and work ...very hard for the next few years on her technical side... to raise to the next level of performance...
