Momoshiki even if he was reborn in Boruto’s body would stand no chance against Isshiki. Momoshiki was stated to be more powerful than Kaguya and Naruto and Sasuke beat Momoshiki. The fact that Jigen beat them shows that even in an incomplete vessel that Isshiki is the strongest Otsutsuki we have met to this point.

@@shadow9049 you do raise a good point since having info on Isshiki does help. The problem I see is that Momoshiki has few options to counter Isshiki’s Sukunhikona and Daikokten. Even when Naruto and Sasuke figured Jigen’s abilities they couldn’t probably counter it. Also Isshiki is also much faster and stronger than Naruto and Sasuke. Overall I do think that Momoshiki would put up a decent fight but ultimately he would lose
