Just an Install video on the PDI front mount intercooler for the isuzu dmax, colorado, She's a tight fit but i got it in there eventually

Great video! Thinking of doing this is there many benefits to getting the upgrade without a tune?

You Should see slight improvements with no tune but wouldn't be anything major Will just lower your intake temperatures allowing more air into the chamber on hotter days If your in a colder climate you probly won't notice anything but in a warmer climate you will notice a small change

Well done mate. Any idea what size is the throttle intake, 2.75 or 3 inches?

hi nmate..now its been a few months hows it going compared to the stock one? also i noticed there didnt seem to be much room for engine flex in the pipe joints, has this been an issue?

Hey mate fuel economy is better he reckons by around 1.5ltrs per 100km owner is really happy with it As far as the hose rubbing it was close under heavy reving so I sikaflexed another cut off peice of hose where it could possibly rub if it did

Hey mate it drives nice and seems a bit more responsive but the true test will be when the owner comes back from up north, as I didn't drive it much before hand I'll let you no what he reckons installing a catch can and trans cooler on it tomorrow if your interested in those aswell vids stay tuned 🤙

Hi Declan, im the owner. Ive done around 60km in it so far. It feels slightly more responsive, it sounds slightly different due to the SS pipes. Otherwise as its a totally standard vehicle im unlikely to see much change until i hook up the caravan and hit the freeway. This is a single cab ute with abig work box on it, when the 2tonne caravan is added the original setup didnt feel like it was coping. I'll report back in April after ive put down the next 7000km.

these 4jj1 motors have terrible stock IC...you get boost increase by just changing the IC...

The owner reckons he's getting up to 3 ltrs per 100km better fuel economy driving around up north for work now that the IC and trans cooler is done
