It's very important that you listen very carefully to your guide's instructions as they're all licensed and well-trained professionals. Accidents or bad executions surely happen when you don't follow your guide's instructions. Even if you itch to do acrobatic stunts to impress your guide and others, you need to be mindful that it is your guide and his employer will be held liable to their clients if serious accidents happen, even if you signed a waiver prior to starting the tour. So take are and heed your guide.

If you hurt your back don't immediately go for a massage make sure your safe first by seeing a doctor or rest for a while till pain is gone cause it might worsen. Hope you enjoy your trip in the Philippines still and stay safe always😊 God bless🙏

Thank you! The massage helped temporarily but I did eventually go to hospital and have some scans 😁 luckily no major issues hahaha

My homeplace. Lots of happy childhood memories. We used to go there during weekends and school holidays during the 80's and 90's when it was still less touristy😊

I don't think you had a good guide since he was not giving a good guidance on how to jump. You should not be jumping with straight legs cuz sometimes the water could be a bit shallow at times and it would hurt your leg or knee. You should jump with a bent knee. He is the only guide i've heard that stated to use a straight leg. I didn't see him being concern also. Anyway, that guide is an isolated case. Everyone seems to be doing fine there. Enjoy ! You have should gone for the mountain sites and views in Cebu City to provide an amazing and calming experience, views, and restaurants.

It's a big no no.didnt the guide warn you well falling in the water in an inclined body would get you in the orthopedic hospital.one European woman hospitalized 4 years back. Another Korean woman had an injury going back home i didn't how severed it was.if the guide push you hard at the back and puts you in the wrong position then don't let this thing pass by complain it to the tour operator and have him disciplined he can cause injury to the tourists more if keep ding that way.
