I got the Aluminum version 2 years ago. Leftover stock at one of my local shops. I couldn’t wait 1 year to get the Carbon version. The more recent builds have better part specs now. I had to replace the cheap Tektro brakes and got a PNW Pine dropper post. Thinking about a OneUp bar and stem combo upgrade too! Love riding leaf covered trails with it and my pup too! I fit a 4.8 tire up front but kept the rear at 4.0. Great for when you can’t see the rocks under the leaves!

I picked up my Beargrease last year, absolutely love it. Very nimble and sporty feeling, it’s a fast fat bike. Enjoy your new ride!!!!

Welcome to the Beargrease club! Try using a strap of some sort to hold the bead of the tire in place if you need to set up tubeless again

Soapy dishwashing detergent would have helped w. floor pump. Or seat w. tube then pull tube out. One side is already seated the other side should go w. no problem. I just bought a Van Helga and it worked like a charm.

Glad you got the bike up and running. I'm not sure if I'll get another fat bike. I enjoyed my last one but sold it. Just not sure I'd really get that much use out of it. Maybe I'll just borrow yours 👍😃👍

I leave the disk, on the rear wheel. Too many times the rear derailleur gets snagged by the spokes on rough trails.

Always impressed when I see guys riding fat bikes in gravel races. I have never ridden a fat bike do you notice an increased effort required when riding to maintain speed, or when climbing?
