The fastest possible time would be an instant warp into they key, bringing the boat inside like in Charlie’s first wr, then perfect warp to Planktons area. You’d need to also get a ketamine on spawn for a fast plankton cutscene. Edit: OR perfect warp into a ketamine, to key, to plankton without once getting out. (Literally impossible)
