I'm pretty certain the guy knew about this kind of mod, you don't just open skyrim and stuble upon this. She either had to have mentioned it in some way to him before and he did it to 'expose' her in front of other people or he himself knew about these kind of skyrim mods, so he looked if she had any of these mods. You don't just open skyrim on someone else computer. What did he want to do? Just play skyrim? If that's the case, which is, in my opinion, highly unlikely, he defintely would have started a new save file. I believe I know how the mod in question works. First of all, you'd have to set it up correctly in a new save file. You need to enable it in the mod menu. Then, to encounter such content, you'd have to get yourself defeated by wolves. Wolves are one of the weakest enemies in the game, you'd have to search out this enemy to get yourself defeated by it on purpose. The second possibility is that he opened one of her save files. Then again, you'd have to search out said content. The only other way would be, if she had a save file that was in the middle of such a scene. Then it would have to be her most recent save file or he must have searched through different save files to find this. All of this doesn't just happen 'randomly', you need to make a deliberate effort that only someone would do, that knows that such modded content is present.
