Is it only the profit u it corporate sector concern abut? Don't u hv a responsibility to train the next generation, who support u when u are old and become invalid, is it not the next generation, will AI do that? Why do u all expect sun and moon from a intern. U think every body is smart, only the smart should progress in this world.? Why not take a batch and give them a fair chance to excel, and filter who cannot. U spend a lot on CSR why not accommodate interns in this allocation If u want ask a tax relief from the government, to train interns. Interns are the future of the industry and u not the AI if u all think AI to replace humans that's the begining of end. Its peanuts u spend on intern, don't be so selfish, Give interns a chance Give chance for ur future.

මාගේ දරුවා private campus එකක software HND course එකක් කරනවා.ඔහුට මාස 3 ක නිවාඩු කාලයක් ලැබී ඇති හෙයින් ඒ කාලයේ ඔහුගේ hnd එකට උදව් වෙන software course එකක් online කිරීමද වඩා හොද,AI course එකක් කිරීමද වඩා සුදුසු දැයි පහදන්න.ස්තුතියි

මං IT ක්‍රෙෂ්ත්‍රයේ නෙමේ.. Accounting & Finance Side එකේ... මං ජොබ් දෙක තුනකට ගියා පොඩි කාලයක් පොඩි තැන් වල Audit Firm එකක අවුරුදු 3ක් වැඩ කරලා 1st year Training & 2nd & 3rd වල ජොබ් එකක් විදිහට..! මට තියෙන ප්‍රශ්නය, අපේ ක්‍රේෂ්ත්‍රයේ එහෙමට පඩි නෑ.. ඒ නිසා මට යන්න හිතෙන් නෑ.. ඒ වගේම මම යන තැන් වල යාලුවෝ එහෙම ලොකුවට සෙට් වෙන්නේ නෑ..ඇත්තෙම නෑ සමහර තැන් වල.. අනික Events එහෙම තියෙන, නිදහස තියෙන, හොද Salary එකක් & හොද Implementations & Salary Increasement හම්බෙන ජොබ් නෑ.. ඒක මං දකිනවා වැරැද්දක් විදිහට.. මොකද ලොකු Margin එකක් අයිතිකාරයෝ තියාගන්නවා අපිට බෙදලා දෙන්නේ නැතුව.. ඒක නිසා මං හිතනවා ඔවුන් වැරදි කියලා.. ඒක නිසා Profit Maximum කරගන්න එකේදි එයාලා අපිට නොබෙදන කොටස ආදයම් බෙදීයාමේ විෂමතාවය වැඩි කරන එකක්.. සැලකිය යුතු Salary එකක් දෙනකම් මං නම් යන් නෑ.. ඊට වඩා හොදට නිදහසේ ඉදලා, මාසෙකට Bookkeeping දෙකක් කරලා මං හොයනවා.. ඒක නිසා එක්කො මේකට විසදුමක් ටිකක් ලොකුවට සාකච්ඡාවකදී ඕනේ.. එහෙම නැත්තම් මේ දේ ට විසදුමක් එන් නැත්තම් කම්පනි වලට ඒකේ Return එක ලැබෙන්නොනේ Worst වෙන්න..!

Will NPP (National People's Power) prohibit all private universities in Sri Lanka which provide UGC ( University Grants Commission) approved degrees/ UGC recognised degrees after they take the power of Sri Lankan Government??? ( For an example Bachelor of Science Honours in Information Technology) This question is only related to Private Universities in Sri Lanka.

මේ AI era එකේ edge එක වෙනකොට වෙන දේ තමයි human touch එක premium feature එකක් වෙන ඒක. මොකද AI නිසා මේ විදිහට දිගින් දිගටම human resources rejected වෙන්න ගත්තොත් මිනිස්සු මේකටත් adapt වෙනවා. මොකද මිනිස්සු හැදිලා තියෙන්නේ කොහොමත් survival එක වෙනුවෙන්. ඒ වගේ කාලෙක organizations වලට AI වල cost එකටත් වඩා සිය ගුණයක් වගේ ගෙවලා human resources hire කරන්න වෙනවා. Just my imagination.

Sir, are these facts mentioned in this video applicable to degree holders who are seeking jobs after completing a specialized IT related degree?
