I did not realize before watching your videos that the Germans packed rations in aluminum cartons. I would have thought that aluminum was very prized during the war and rations would be packed in some other material, but time and time again you guys find these aluminum containers at a number of locations. That was a strange shutter in the graffiti covered bunker. I don't remember seeing one of those previously. I guess they removed the bunker to allow for more farming land, it must have been quite a bit of work to make that change. It is good that you videoed it for posterity. Thanks for taking us along guys!

It's not the big things that get a lot of attention, it's the small things that people notice more, the pocket Bible, the tin cup, beer bottles, cartridges, a rifle stock that's battle damaged, etc.... my 1943 MB has light battle damage I kept, the front crossover tube has shrapnel holes, the windshield frame has 7 bullet holes and the drivers seat frame has 2 holes, not knowing if it was intentional or actually battle damaged, still.

Hello H.H. & E.E. Greatings From NewYork. Glad To Hear That You Both Are Feeling Better Another Great Video. It’s Really Sad That Fatmer Destroyed What Was There Before. It’s Very Important To Keep And Preserve History For Futruee Generations to See And Learn From What Ashame They Did That. But I Think I Have A Reason Why The Farmer 🧑🌾 Tore All That Down. Because of People Going Over There Tagging Up Writing Grafitti on the property Loitering inside there they were destroying it. So the farmer probably got tired of them destroying it. He probably wanted to keep it and preserve it. But it probably was to much in the end I’m Pretty The police was called to go over there and chance the vandals & loiters Away and the police may have even told the farmers The best solution for this to end. Was to tear it all down. It’s Really Said in todays world 🌎 That We Live in people down have respect or value for history 😔🙌🏼 Always Love Watching Your Videos And Always Looking Foward To The Next One. It is a shame that the buildings are gone now but if you see it in the eyes of the farmer then a clear paddock to plough and sow it is much more beneficial than one with structures scattered about. As the population ages, the younger generation is not interested in just keeping the farms so they just want to see how much money they can get for the property and just sell it to whoever pays the most. Those people don't care, they just want to make money on their investment. Life in the modern era. Yes, it sucks.

Catch 22 🙃 Let’s see what’s left behind as you just quoted, see not EVERYTHING has gone or you wouldn’t be telling us 🤷🏻♂️ See you next time guys 👍🏻👍🏻 🇬🇧🫶🏻🇳🇴 There ARE concrete bunkers left especially for “tourists” to see how it was in the olden days, you don’t need one every hundred meters 🙄
