Hello everyone, we have received new information regarding the Natlan area. Today, let's discuss a new 5-star character who will be released in Version 5.0 and may potentially power-creep Nilou.
Based on the current information, we are getting 1 Hydro and 1 Dendro 5-star character, as well as 1 4-star character in Version 5.0.
This video focuses on the 5-star Hydro unit. This is a female character, medium-sized, and uses a catalyst.
Unfortunately, there is no information available about her appearance or her status in the game's lore, so let's move on to some details about her kit.
We have information about her Elemental Skill and Constellations, and the source of this information is unreliable.
According to this source, she is going to be a main DPS character, potentially surpassing the power level of even Nilou.
The first thing to keep in mind is that we are likely getting something similar to Phanes and Ousia in Natlan.
Both of the new 5-star characters being released in Version 5.0 will have some kind of special mechanic when activating their Elemental Skill.

In her enhanced state, her Normal Attacks deal AoE Hydro damage with high multipliers.

Her C1 maxes out her base attack damage, and the homing projectiles gain an additional 100% HP multiplier.
Her C6 Each of her hits includes a 100% HP multiplier and boosts both her Crit Rate and Crit Damage. If these multipliers remain unchanged in the beta, she could potentially surpass Nilou in terms of raw damage output. I doubt they would make a hydro DPS stronger than Neuvillette. He was a mistake already. Him and Arlecchino completely broke the ceiling when it comes to hypercarries. The only way I can see this possibly happening is if they raise the level cap to 100, which would insanely buff Dendro reactions, and they'd need something to stabilize the meta. But that would make older characters even more obsolete, and unable to clear content.
