Ingredients
350 g of pasta
1 teaspoon of salt
vegetable oil
1 onion
2 stalks of celery
3 cloves of garlic
1 carrot
400 g of pork
1 can of tomatoes (400 g)
3/4 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon of sugar
1 teaspoon of sweet paprika powder
1 tablespoon of melted butter
250g mascarpone
200 g gouda cheese
