Gotta say Josh, I almost enjoy this kind of day to day video more than the big project, new kit videos. Love them all but seeing the real life, day to day stuff is awesome too. It's not all smiles and new toys every day, it's real life. As always, appreciate you taking the time to share it all with us. Big effort, much appreciated.

Some cattle have a hard time seeing electric fence wire. If you tear some rag strips and tie them onto the wire every 10-20 feet when you set the fence up, they will see those and learn that they mark the new fence line. Like you said, you'll soon be able to use a kite string and rag strips to keep them contained or out of an area ... at least for a while.

The grass is kicking ass just like the game plan with rotational grazing. I hope your milling the lumber for the shop. A nice efficiency apartment would make a great intern space, also saves trips. Any plans to add sheep? I hope you find a mobile butcher or locker to process animals and sell online. Full animal pre order with 50% deposit = deer lease. 2 days. Then process on farm. If they owned the animal, processed it, not for resale. Deer lease pays for the processing class with the bearded butchers. Your grazing the wildlife, capitalize on that asset. Hell a pair of matching live edge slabs and hardwood is great barter fodder. Interns want to lean farming, fixing and building.

A busy day on the farm, I know your pain with the universal joint grease fitting on the Ventrack, I had a Kubota TG1860 lawn mower with the same issue. I used a straight extension on my grease gun to get into the universal joint. I think is called a push-on extension but not sure about that; however it made the job much easier.

Love you Josh! However there is a deficiency :( that mailbox you have is not a rural mailbox, that is a city letterbox, please go to the home store and get the full size rural mailbox, they are about 20" deep 11" inches wide and 15" high. The poor rural mail carriers are delivering more & more packages every day, and don't need to be going up to the house so often :) She will thank You. 😊

Hey Josh, have you thought of doing a 30 on 30 blog. Meaning 30 days and 30 blogs in a row? Also as for the calf’s I think it would be better on them if you would tag them the day or the day after they were born. I know a lot of ranchers that do it and they seem to think it’s better on the cattle.
