Hi Dear appreciate your comment on how heating oil tends to loose its ingredients. 1 st of all can you tell the what is the max and min optimum oil temperature? If yes that will be too good. And rest for the viewers. There are lot of people who will tell to follow few recipes and self curated methods which works for them but there is no scientific explanation for that. Why its being used.? So follow what the person is doing as in this video we can already see Anu has gorgeous locks. So , it's a safe bet to follow her advice and recipe.
